Claimed to be from OH but when asked me to confirm my DOB they said i gave them the incorrect info, as if i don't know my own DOB. When i asked why i was referred they gave a "headache and migraine" diagnosis which is far from the truth. I also asked for my managers name who supposedly referred me and couldn't give me any information. when challenged lady became very frustrated.
