Get calls from this number most days at work. They seem to think I work for Open Reach and want to talk to me about a new installation. I have told them over and over that they have the wrong person and to remove me from their database but calls keep coming

Had ordered an update from Sky, so why this guy from BT should contact me didn’t seem right so I ended the call.
Hot a call from this number. Had ordered Broadband earlier in the evening. But the call concerned me. Guy on end of phone, seemed confused stated that my order had been cancelled and then said it would be active on such and such a date. Didn't introduce himself, not sure what is happening? If he does work for BT they need to train their staff better.
Bt ringing up to reschedule an engineer to I s'all broadband/Internet .
