They said it was three saying i am a loyal customer and they offered me a discount and asking for card details and email address

Claimed to be Three offering discounts as I was a long time customer. My Three contract is the cheapest possible so I know it's a scam. Have had similar before but did not wait for them to ask for my card details; as they surely would have done, despite Three already having these.

Said they are from three and wanted to offer me a discount on my bill as I am such a consistent customer always paying on time. They even sent me a One-time Pass Code to try and convince me that they are genuine. I contacted three through my live chat and they said it was more than likely fraud or scam as they have no record of that number in their departments.
