It's a scam. As others have commented, they ask to speak to you about your 'housing problem' Best advice, hang up or don't answer.

Hung up after few rings ..,,best advice given by south wales police” if unkown number ring do not answer, person will leave voicemail if important… if you answer these spam callers they let it be known to other spamers your number is “live” and yoy will get mire and more unknown spam callers. 👌

Says they’re housing repairs but are a scam - I own my house without issues

Said they were calling from housing repairs because of a report I made. I said I didn’t report any housing issues and they hung up

Didn’t know my name but apparently my house needs repairs. It doesn’t.

Called once. I Ignored call. They hung up after a few rings and left no voicemail.

Didn't answer but must be spam. My phone reckoned it's spam. Google reckons it's BT but I don't have a landline and haven't for over 10 years. I have also never had any account with BT ever.
