He confirmed my surname, asked me to confirm my first name, and then said he was calling from King's College Hospital to remind me of my appointment next week Friday (I had previously received a letter telling me that my appointment had been changed). This is the first time they contacted me through this specific number; King's College Hospital often contacts me through other numbers that also begin with "020 3299".
