Almost fell for this one, it was claiming o be 3 mobile, SIM blocked in 2 days. They had alot of my information and used that to trick me into getting more details. The thing that really got me was spoofing 3's shortcode as they sent me a verification text.

Said they were calling from some mobile network and said my sim would be blocked in 2 days so hung up
Claimed to be from 3G, sim will be blocked in Xhrs.
Called my son when he was on the phone. Claimed to be from sky and needed to speak to the dad (me) continued saying hello back and forwards until I hung up
Hello Ma'am your sim card will be blocked in 24 hours, thats why we are calling! I said Thank you and hung up
I just had a call from these people. They’re telling me that my SIM is going to be blocked after 24 hours. This is a scam.
Said they was from Sky mobile and my service was due to cease in 24 hours, if I don't respond they will block my services, I put phone down on them as I know my mobile is ok for next 12 months
Claimed to be from sky and wanted my email so that I could update my sim.
