They phone after you have made an investment in bitcoin. The woman said she was my Recovery Expert from a GOVERNMENT AGENCY, bonded by the FC. (FCC is a financial institution. FC is not as far as I can work out). She said my money was stuck in the Blockchain which was dangerous (it is not) and they could get hold of my bank details (not sure who they if, but if they are not my bank or the tax authority they can't). Ultimately she put the phone down on me.
