My iPhone call scanner took this call and they claimed to be from Tesco with an alert call. I have no,idea who they really were.

Missed a call from same number a few days ago and answered without thinking today. Caller said from O2 asking if all was ok with service as they've had complaints in the area. I said everything fine and didn't need anything then hung up. They immediately tried to call back twice. Seems very unlikely and probably tied to the 'discount' scam to get account info.
