Scammers

One of our foreign sounding gentlemen purportedly from Octopus and wanting to book an appointment to change my electric meter this coming Friday. It was allegedly faulty and I was being overcharged according to their estimates. I challenged them as had not received any notice by way of email of said replacement and it was a scam. Put through to a supervisor who was extremely rude when I challenged them again that they were scammers. Contacted Octopus to have my suspicions confirmed. Received another call from them and really took them to town. They hung up. Vulnerable people might be taken in by these scammers so please be careful.

they phoned a business line 8 times in total saying the same stuff, posing as scottish power. they requested the owner and i said no owner is present and wont be for the rest of the week, i hung up and he rang again and again, 4th time he called and i gave him a ton of abuse. 5th time vulgar language lol. 7th time i put the phone in a metal tin and bashed it for a whole minute, he stayed on the phone entire time. 8th time i answered and muted mic, i then left the phone idle, he hung up he hasn't called since. Says he is calling from our current energy supplier, tried to put through to supervisor when I questioned who that provider might be. Phoned 3 times despite being told to take us off their list and don't call again. Total scam

they do not want to listen when we say we are nothing to do with the person they are trying to locate

i had a convo with with mark he gives me the documents which is important to my company HE HELPED ME OUT AT THAT TIME WHEN I WAS NOT EVEN THERE HE ALWAYS GUIDE ME AS A BROTHER TO ME BUT SAME AS A PROFFESIONAL WORKER AS WELL MANY PEOPLES DIDN,T EVEN KNOW WHY HE IS RINIGING BUT HE ALWAYS RING TO THE NEW LTD COMPANY NAME

they just ask few details for my new ltd company,,,, and i am verythankfull to mark he do cooperate with me in makin correction in false details on my documents and he did what he said he take only 5 minutes to sorted out my isssue
