The idiocy nowadays of trying to scam people is just ridiculous. Any unknown number is immediately screened and sent to voicemail. A genuine caller will typically leave one. When investigating this particular number by using one of my burner phones, it never connects and leaves you hanging in silence. Just block and move on.
Silent call? You identified by you as carrier. Assume automated message malfunction? Bank advises do not converse to avoid voice recording on these calls. This appears unrelated Thank you, have added to scanning list. Thank you
