Just got a call from this number - went to call screening and they hung up
I answered the call and said hello, could not hear anyone on the other end for about 10 seconds, quickly realised this is a spam call. I hung up immediately.
Housing repair firm claiming I had contacted them. Absolute lie! Scam, fraud!
Came up as unknown and did not answer.
Caller said they were from a housing agency for repairing damp and cracks in walls, specifically for council houses and that I had reported an issue to them. I do not live in a council house, nor am I the homeowner for my current house (live with parents) so knew it was a scam. When I asked the caller to confirm the address of the house I supposedly had an issue with, they hung up.
They asked about housing repairs , sounded like a bit and when I asked questions then hung up
Spam!! Claiming to be a housing repair company. Said I had made a complaint recently regarding cracks in walls and water issues. When I denied it and asked who it was.. they hung up.
Got suckered into providing details for a cheap books site last night - Worthing Books - lo and behold, here's a spam call the next day. No thanks. Didn't answer. No message. Avoid the website.
It came up as suspected spam on mobile - did not answer.
