This company is purporting themselves to be LIBERATA; a collection agency on behalf of the council, not Gamma Telecom Holdings Limited as above. They have a sophisticated operation where they will take council tax payments through an automated system similar to the council. Their method of phishing/contact in this case was a WhatsApp message Do not engage with them in any shape or form You're welcome, have a blessed day
