Claim to be from a the housing repair team having spoken to my housing officer. I live in a private residence with no housing officer. Scammers at it again caller id blocked.

Fraudulent call claiming to be from housing repair/mould, clearly an automated bot/Ai. Quite worrying as we are awaiting a call from housing repair and calls like these can confuse people into thinking they are calling legitimately.

“the housing repair team” about the issue you reported - do you have damp, mould etc. handed up when I asked for further details as to who they are.
