Octopus energy responding to my request for a smart meter.

This is Octopus Energy based in South Africa. They are the worst energy companies who will raid your bank account with DD costs and never credit you back, plus they will invent fictitious bills saying you owe money because actual meter reads are lower than there estimated bills. My advice is keep photos of your meter reads as I have and they can’t dispute the truth
