Whoever shared Verso’s grievance cell number did a good thing. It helped me remove my number off their list.

It has been quite a long time since I made a call to Verso’s grievance cell and I am glad to say that the calls have stopped almost immediately.

Just recieved the call twice this week. They are a company called verso and are based in the Philippines. I told them to put me to the manager of verso but it was the same person attempting to put a male voice on. After 10 minutes of asking who gave them my number and name, they tried asking ME my age. I then said "what is verso?" They then told me they work for Virgin media. I hung up and called Virgin media and they told me they don't know what verso is. I am very annoyed and want them to stop calling.
