What a rude bunch of people am thinking of taking the complaints higher up the food chain Trading standards? i think there must be enough complaints to warrant an investigation by them.
Verso grievance cell restored my peace. I called them and they took me off their calling list.
The calls stopped shortly after I made the call to their grievance cell.
At first I was doubtful about making the call. But once I did I no longer get calls from them.
They called and asked me to confirm my name and my address. The address was old and asked me to tell them my new address. They said they were conducting a survey but refused to tell me what it was about without giving them my new address. They put the phone down on me.
Been calling for weeks now! Nobody says anything? They just hang up.
