It was someone called Chris trying to get over my account. I asked him what account. He said your mobile phone account. I then asked him who he is and he said Vodafone and he wants to go over my accoumt to see if everything is correct. I noticed it was from a local number in Hereford so I asked him why the number shows as a hereford local number and he was trying to tell me why. I then said YEAH RIGHT! Laughing. Telling him to stop calling this number! I know for a fact that I don’t owe any money and Vodafone wouldn’t call me out of the blue except for trying to sell/offer me stuff. Be aware and try to get as much information as possible from the caller and when/ If it is scam, block the number.

Local phone number, but a claims company called "first assist". Apparently I had been in an accident 2 & a half years ago. Do not answer this call, reject it!!

Only answered this because it came up as local code.....but it was Lewis, calling from First Assist, in LIVERPOOL. Asking if any collisions in last 3 years , said feedback company but couldn't give me any of my details. He wanted me to tell him!
