saying my meter reading is faulty and they will make an appointment for changing it. then they have asked for bank details which makes me to understand is a scam !!!!!!!
Kept asking for bank details for energy bills even though we’re not with the provider they said they were
Said they were EDF energy and they need a manual reading as my smart meter isnt working.
Said they were octopus energy looking for our metre but on call back come up as suspected spam Bournemouth.
Good morning ma'am how are you? At that point I hung up. Then rang me 4 more times in quick succession from this and another number then twice on my mobile number which is weird how they have linked numbers... All 7 calls within 3 minutes
Say they are from Yu Energy? Why is a london based number calling from a Nottingham based company - this is what I asked and they hung up on me?
