Quite persuasive but increasingly pushy and would not listen to my answers that we did not need damp work doing as we had work done just last year. She simply carried on with her script increasingly on the rude sounding side of assertive. As an earlier reporter said, a course in politeness would not go amiss. Called at home on landline in Liverpool.

Lady rang, said she was from Damp Guard, asked me if I was the home owner, I said no, im renting to see what she would say, Surprise, Surprise, she just hung up on me. I'm guessing she was trying to sell me some sort of damp coursing. Beware! Ps..she needs a course in politeness..lol
