Scam fraud saying insurance company for Thames water for pipes and radiators etc. Said they were reducing the monthly instalment because no claims had been made, then asked for confirmation of account details starting with sort code. As that wasn’t given they put the call through to an even more pushy female who pushed even harder for details. They wouldn’t give company name or any details of who they were. Disgusting scam for elderly vulnerable people. Somehow they had phone number and email address.

They called me telling me my drainage and plumbing cover had finished and would I like to renew it. I told her I didn’t have a policy with them. She then said that’s okay I’ll cancel it and charge your card £50 cancellation fee and she then hung up.

Rude and bossy and hung up the phone on me when I politely told them no thanks. Seems they are targeting my vulnerable father who has alzheimer's
