I had this done to me and i was stupid enough to give it to them because they said to send me the fuel voucher i had to pay for it to be posted, they ended up taking like £80 from my account, when i rang them they said because i didn't ring them within 16 days (which i never knew i had to) they took £80 out of my account that £80 was for my car insurance they left me with no money cheeky b******s what a scam!!!

Stay away from this company. Once they get your money £2.78 and £78.22, they delay refunding any claims you make via their voucher scheme. I only received my voucher claims back, without any apology or explanation as to why they kept ignoring me and making me wait half a year!. This was after chasing them for 6 months and threatening to complain to Trading Standards.

All this makes for sorry reading and I'm kicking myself for falling for it. I cancelled well within the period stated and they still took £78 from me on the 9th of September. I've rang them 14 times since then trying to get a refund always to be told I'll have it within 48 hours to no avail. I think the only thing left for me to do is threaten court action / report them to the financial ombudsman.

I am still waiting for my £50 refund which I submitted with supporting receipts as requested mid July 2015. I have been calling the company several times a week and always speaking to the same man Morgan. I have also emailed the company on [email protected] but no response. Morgan says it is the company's policy NOT to respond to emails. When I asked what the email address was for, he replied, it was not his duty to answer this. I also filed an official complaint letter via post as the company required in early October 2015. Each time I call, I am reassured that my refund will be dealt with accordingly by bank transfer but to date it has not been done. This is definitely a scam or a company who must be dissolved ASAP for incompetence.

Same script n pattern with me as well. As soon as the lady said Lifestyle Choices, I googled and thankfully found this website. Didn't give my card details n I don't think anyone should give by getting lured with the offers. Will call police to inform!!!

After five missed calls yesterday I finally answered and gave some fake answers to the generic lifestyle questions the Indian man asked me. One of these was if I had a car, which I answered in the negative. Today I got a call from 020 2036 4211 and a man from Lifestyle Choices told me they would send two £10 fuel vouchers and their brochure containing details of their other discount offers. If I want to join it's only £78.22 a year, but even if I don't I can keep the fuel vouchers. All I needed to do was pay £2.78 to cover postage costs of the vouchers and brochure. I said I would look more into the offer (he gave me theire website address) and he is calling me back tomorrow. That will give me a chance to think of how to mess with them. It seems like it's part of this scam so y'all watch out if Lifestyle Choices call you from 02920364211

THIS NUMBER CALLED ME TODAY SAYING THAT I HAD WON A PRIZE THEN THIS WOMAN SAID THAT TO RELEASE MY PRIZE THEY, NEEDED MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS AS PROOF THAT IT WAS ME WHEN SHE ASKED FOR MY CARD NUMBER AND THREE DIGIT CODE, AND EXPIRY DATE ALARM BELLS STARTED TO GO OFF FROM THEN I KNEW THAT THIS WAS A SCAM I HUNG UP I GOT ANOTHER, CALL FROM THE SAME NUMBER THIS TIME IT WAS A BLOKE HE TRIED THE SAME THING ALL THEY SEEM TO WANT IS MY CARD, DETAILS AND MY CARD NUMBER THAT THEY ARE NOT EVER GETTING THIS IS A WARNING TO OTHERS DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS, SCAMMING NUMBER
