They are a contractor working on behalf of Camden Council. They fit fire doors. Got confirmation from Camden's TRA team (Fire risk assessment). Contractor company name is multi installation (multi1)

It is actually someone on behalf of Camden , not the council directly but surveyors for fire-approved doors. They send surveyors to see if your door is approved by new fire regulations and as I had a surveyor at mine last week they called now to update about their report. They didn’t need any personal details just asked why do I not want a new door.

Said that they were from Camden Council. Rang Camden Council phone number and they said that this phone number most likely is a spam phone number. Camden Council Number for reference is from their website and is 020 7974 4444
