Pretended to be from BT Head Office, advising of work being carried out near premises, and wanted to know what sort of phone systems we have, and wether we are still using the ISDN lines, because the want to disconnect it due to infrastructure switch of blah blah blah. I said that if he is callinf from BT then surely he should know exactly what type of system we have and what line we're using, but he said their reporting systems aren't always accurate. Googled number, and it is from Telecoms company Gamma. NOT BT
