okay, so I understand this sounds like a scam. all the alarm bells rang for me. However, they DO NOT ask for information. instead she directs you to the official website, she doesn't even tell you the address, they leave it up to you to go to Amazon. They then navigate you through the website to set up the business account. YOU NEVER LEAVE AMAZON WEBSITE. They DO NOT ask for any details to confirm your 'registering'. The call i received was GENUINE and there was no phishing/fraud present.
