A lady called and asked if I made a claim of repair at my house/council house and I asked her from which council she is , she told me they work with all council across uk and when I was talking they hanged up. I called back 2 times, a man took the call abit rudely on first call and 2nd one saying hello who is calling and didn't answer any of my question but was definitely waiting on me to give my details. Looks like they are just trying to get personal details and stuff so I believe it's a scam.
