I had a text message regarding completion of a dd for £250.49 and a code. I wasn't expecting this so contacted the above number answered by "Luke" allegedly from the FCA. Didn't give any personal details, asked what the FCA was and how did he think he could help me. The phone went down. Reported to my bank and Action Fraud. The mobile number the text came from is 07934 656727
