Not sure what to make about this. They proported that they were sending me an emergency alarm to wear around my neck in the case of an accident and to press the alarm if I needed medical assistance and I'd be connected to their help centre. I asked who referred me? She seemed confused by my question. I repeated who referred me to your services and then she hung up.
