They claimed to be O2. When I said to the woman "You've gotta stop scamming people. It's so boring." she immediately hung up. Weirdos.
July 2026. Caller claimed to be from Lebara mobile stating she was going to send me a new SIM due to problems with network. She asked for email details, she then tried to amend my Google account and asked me to verify the change by clicking "yes it's me" button. I did not, and I hung up. She called back immediately at which point my husband told her that she wouldn't be getting any password information. She hung up. I changed my Google account password after the call. Lucky escape. Beware.
missed call so rang them back - said they represented 02 my mobile company - tried to tell me that all 02 sim cards needed to be replaced - definite scam so now blocked.
