Said they were from o2 offering 30% off my monthly payments. Wanted my email address to send me an email with a link for confirmation. I politely declined!
Tried to access my 02 account using my phone number instead of email. Called me to get the access code that was sent by text by O2 to confirm that it was me trying to access the account. The text was genuinely from 02 and would have given them access to my account if I had told them what it was.
