This company does not allow any phone calls it's basically Ai operated. The only way is to wrote to them. I suggest all people to also appeal and take the lesser charge unless you believe you was within the allowed time. They tried to tell me that after 1 week they was doubling the fine, due to the fact they couldn't contact me. My vehicle was leased, once i explained I had to pay 40.00 instead of 70.00 the letter I sent was recorded for proof. I suggest all people do this. Yes it's a scam but it's legal. Also it has nothing to do with Tescos. Apparently

Horizon Parking SCAM 020 8106 0789 was the number provided on the 'Parking Charge Notice' as an automated telephone payment line. The online web site was stated to be horizonparkingportal.co.uk. The 'Parking Charge Notice' showed Entry and Exit times. The entry time was stated to be 1 hour prior to my actual entry time, thus ensuring that my period of stay exceeded the period permitted free of charge. The 'Parking Charge Notice' arrived in the post 5 weeks after the supposed incident.

i have received a parking ticket from when i had an over night stay at premier inn, they have a picture of my car arriving and leaving 2 hours later i returned later on and did not leave till the following morning, is this a scam because i can not find who to speak to about this matter
