Person pretends to be from 3UK saying for 2 days he can lower my bill. I said its a PAYG sim and I don't pay anything. I said I will report this scam call and he said no sir. I hung up. I went to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) to report it. They asked me to go to Action Fraud. I did, went as a guest, but no category there to report a scam phone call. I used the Action Fraud chat to find out which category I report this under and Billy told me the same options, which is absolutely no use. In the end, he said choose OTHER, which I did and the website said we cannot report it. So Billy suggested I phone an Action Fraud agent instead. I sent Billy the following link: https://who-called.co.uk/Number/02046287379 and he said at least I was able to report it there.
