They impersonated Vodafone offering me a SIM upgrade. They asked for my addresses and bank account details. When I said I wouldn't give them those, the guy threatned mw with an 500 GBP fine for, 'wasting the company's time'. They cut the call once I said I'll contact Vodafone and pay the fine.
They claimed to be from Vodafone. This is the 6th call off this number today. The others were to my landlines and they claimed to be from Virgin Media, saying I had an error showing on my Internet connection, they told me they could sort the problem through "the device in front of me"...I said you must think I'm an idiot. She hung up.
