said they were from EE/BT were going to transfer my sim with number to new EE/BT but I am not with EE or BT. Told me they had merged and they were sending out new sim cards!!! When I told the 'foreign' gentleman I was not with either of them he abruptly ended call. Also sent text saying be alert of fraud if you did not ask for this dont share it please call on an 0330 number with a PIN for resetting EE ID security answer is then 4 numbers Do not ring the 0330 number
