Said I could reclaim PCP, but I've never had PCP. So hung up and blocked. They tried again the following day, and somehow got through the block, but I ignored it this time
Called twice in quick succession. Man said he was from EE. I told him I was not with EE. He then asked a question but I couldn't understand what he was saying. I got him to repeat it twice. Told him I still couldn't understand him and then he hung up.
They were looking for information
They told me they were from EE and was I experencing issues with any mobile or internet bills. When I explained I had just joined EE they asked me if I was happy with the bill. I told them that I don't have a bill yet as I have literally just started my contract with them. They then told me to hold and then came back and asked me if I was happy with the bill (again). They said they were from EE.
