Lady with a hideous accent asked after my health. I told her about my illnesses in great detail. A scam call turned into fun.
Said from EE and current sim would cancelled in three days because the were moving to super 5g. Hung up and blocked number
Said they were from sky network and wanted to offer me a discount as they are losing customers. Hung up when I said they wouldn't be losing customers if they weren't scammers trying to rip people off.
Scam call from o2 about signal.
Usual heavy forign accent which always alerts me to fraud. Said was o2, usual nonsense.
Said from we wanting to send me a sim do I can get 5g I deal with a we shop so sounded dodgy
Claimed to be from three mobile network wanting to offer me a 35% discount on my phone bill then said they were going to send me a text message to verify they were from 3 and sent me a one time passcode which I refused to share with them told them I was hanging up and ringing three to verify the call they tried giving me a phone number to ring told them I don’t need it as I have the number for three hung up and blocked number then same Indian woman who told me her name was Dave rung back Off a slightly diffent number trying to carry on where she left off so hung up and blocked again
Heavy accented Indian sounding woman who claimed to be from EE saying I was being sent a new SIM card to be delivered tomorrow (Sunday!) and I had to pay to get it otherwise I’d lose all my data and my phone would stop working.
Claimed they were from Tesco and wanted to give me 30% off my “bills” when I said what bills? She couldn’t answer, and when I said I’m not with Tesco mobile, she jumped to EE and when I said nope, she said well who are you with then. And I said it doesn’t matter? You’re clearly a scammer. Don’t fall for this nonsense. What a joke that in 2026 our mobiles can’t just locate and block callers like this.
This Indian lady needs to improve her English before trying to scam English people
claimed to be EE but sounded dodgy
Claimed to be from EE, very thick accent. For reference, I am not with EE and never have been.
Very strange call from a heavy breathing lady claiming to be from ee mobile with Indian accent making it hard to understand
