said her name was Selena and that she was calling from o2. She said my number would be blocked in the next few days and that is why she was phoning me. At this point I hung up.
Selena called my partner saying she was from ee and his sim card will stop working and needs transferring to a new one because of a new system. She didnt know his name which she would if she called. Asked him to verify his email address as a security question- he gave an email address as Wayne carr (make the connection lol 😆) which is not his name obviously... apparently that passed the security test ... hummmmm
Claimed her name is Selena from 3 and that my SIM will stop in 3 days. They wanted to update my SIM and wanted my address and other personal details to send a new SIM, I declined.
Caller suggested that I was with EE and that my SIM card would stop working in 2to, 3days. I'm not with EE. I hung up.
