Claiming I was miss-sold car finance. I've never had car finance.

Claimed to be from Sky...offered a 30% discount as Sky losing customers. Sent me a code to my email address. Had to read it back to them. Then they were into my Sky Account to apply discount. Then they asked me to confirm my DOB...at which point I said you should have that in my account already. Slight pause then.."we need to set up another account to apply discount"...at which point I hung up. Reported to Sky. Got passwords changed. Informed my bank.
