Said they were Welsh water ringing from London!!!!!! Obviously trying to sell pipes and drainage cover

He said he was calling about my insurance with my water provider, but I don't have insurance for this. He asked whether my pipes/drainage were in good order. I just started to explain that I didn't have this insurance and where was he calling from, and the line went dead! (English speaking, without accent).
