Quite a polite lady spoke very good English. Rang to tell us the insurance due for drainage pipes inside and out £195 apparently paid 3 years ago and was ringing me to tell me it`s now lowered in price. South Staffs Water but we are Seven Trent (just on the edge) Insurance was ending today and she rang at 4:40PM. Couldn`t send an email as another poster mentioned above, because of GDPR. Didn`t know nothing about it so rang the wife while they were on the phone. I put both on loud speakers and wife asked for an account number I relaid what was asked and the girl started replying with a number then hung up. She never got to the Bank account part so can`t confirm that part, but I would say that would have been the next stage. Stay alert she was very convincing.

Quite a polite young man who said they are from Severn Trent water and wanted to renew our home water drainage insurance. They wanted my bank account details and sort code, which I wouldn't give. He said they couldn't send me an e-mail to confirm because of GDPR. Insisted could only renew it by me giving account details so I said I was ending the call. Smell of total scam. NEVER GIVE BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS
