SCAM! They said the same as above about needing to change my Sim. I was sent a text message with a 6 digit code which they asked me for! But at the top of the message was "do not share this number, even with our staff! DEFINATE SCAM

Same SIM replacement story, but inneffectively spun. They got bored and hung up before I did!

said my 'phone sim was to be blocked due to their systems update; but they didn't know what my name was, even though I'm the bill payer! said they were in Reading when I asked them where they were located.
