Rude. Called to speak about training and then said that I sounded pissed off when I asked the purpose of his call. Call then ended quickly, I suspect this was about fishing for information.
When advised of the name of contact needed, he said it was a rather unfortunate name which I took to mean it wasn't an English name. Whn I asked the nature of the call, he hung up
Rang about 5 mins ago asking for our head of training. Extremely rude - said "what a waste of breath" and hung up. Avoid at all costs.
Asked for our safe and safety manager, was really rude and then just hang up
