I didn't answer, came up as suspected spam.
said they were from severn trent, and my insurance was due renewal for drainage cover. Which I have never had. Spoke with Severn trent, and confirmed its a scam.
Lady called me saying they were a company attached to Affinity Water and mentioned my address and that is as far as we got the call was cut off then. they have not called back
