I also live in NL. their system immediately hung up when I answered. Typical bot call, harvesting numbers that answer. Just block, they are scammers.

Got called repeatedly, at least once a month from this number with +44 in front. The thing is I live in NL, and it's coming to my dutch cell phone. Can you tell me who is calling. Or shall I just block.

Pension Management Consultants, scraped info from linkedin, used to cold call. In this case they were interested in Halliburton Pension. They don't say they officially represent and have authority or accreditation from Halliburton, nor do they say that they don't have an official agreement with Halliburton. - we draw our own conclusions about companies and individuals who surf in the grey.
