The person knew my name. Said they were calling about a £5000 claim I’m supposed to be making. I asked the person to repeat the company he was calling from. He hung up.

Missed call. Called back and call was answered then immediately cut off from their side. Same thing happened at my 2nd call attempt. On 3rd attempt call went straight to voicemail stating it is not possible connect your call. I would say it's a scam phone.call.
