Claimed they were British gas, calling about boiler insurance, they got my address wrong for a start, then they "didn't know" that I'm not with British gas, got rude after I pointed out these errors, so I just hung up.

Reported caller: Someone with what sounded like they had a cloth over their mouth to disguise their voice
