+44 020 3051 5618 being used in PayPal scam with 2nd email saying it's from WeTransfer. The number appears to be "hosted" by a company MAGRATHEA TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED, who may well be all above board and this is not their contact number, but one of the services they offer is number hosting, but those answering when you call it (020 3051 5618), certainly have the way of convincing they are helping you, but when I challenged on some specifics, they hung up. Not something Paypal representatives would do.
