Claimed to be from 02 her name (jessica). I was told my sim card was out of date and would stop working, a new one would be sent to me but it would have to be signed for at the door.

Said caller was from O2 and needed to send me new Sim card as mine would stop working when tomorrow when 4G switched off. Wanted me to confirm email as needed to send me an email for me to log into. Wouldn't explain when I needed to receive and click onto email why talking to them on phone then hung up on me

Said they were from O2 and that it was an important call, when asked who are you He said " I'm very well thank you " just reading from a script.
