02 once again about changing the SIM. The caller wanted me to open an email from them while on the phone but I refused to and when I got off the phone , checked for a non existent email so they must have to be on the phone with you at the time you open the email. Likely a code to get into my 02 account.

Claimed to be from O2, said all SIM cards will be blocked and swapped to new ones. Asked to confirm account holder but I couldn't give this as this was my work phone, which I don't pay for personally. They hung up right after, possibly a scam.
