020 3589 2021 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Scam repair team phoned me yesterday, it was a man with an Indian accent. He said that he was chasing up my phone call to them about repairs needed to my house. I asked him is this a scam. No sir he replied this is not a scam. I told him, yes it is you are scammers. I have never phoned you or anyone else about repairs needed to my house. I don't need any repairs to my house and I'm fed up with you lot keep phoning and trying to scam people like me. I hope you all get caught. After saying this to him he never spoke another word and immediately hung up. Was this a scammer? of course it was. When my housing association ever phone me no matter what telephone number they use their name always comes up on my phone and they are certainly not based anywhere near London.

Hard to understand his accent or whom he said he was working for. Something about housing problems/needs. Totally bogus!

unexpected, didnt answer, btu have been getting these scam calls a lot recently.

Scam housing repairs. I don't have any outstanding repairs and I know my housings name always comes up when they call. Plus I'm nowhere near London.

Housing repair scam

My phone came up saying it was a suspected scam call so I just ignored it.

Foreign person saying he's from the housing team to address my housing issues like mould etc. Scam.

Called. Left no voicemail. I called back off a different number and it was an automated message saying "hi, housing repairs team, how can I help?" Think it is a scam as we own our house, not anywhere near London and are definitely not waiting on housing repairs.

One call, missed it, never rung back.
