Looks like Sky, but I’d check through the app first.
This number keeps calling and claims to be connected with Sky. I would not give any personal or payment details and would contact Sky directly.

This looks like Sky’s outbound number, but I would still be careful if the caller asks for passwords, codes or bank details.
This is SKY, but maybe the number got spoofed.
Follow up to my previous comment written on 07 May 2026. The same woman phoned me from the same number at 3:03 pm today (08 May 2026). She stated my name and asked me to confirm my name and address and whether I'm the account holder. She said she can offer me a deal on my current Sky package to save me money and attempted some further security questions. I said I don't feel comfortable giving that kind of info over the phone, and she should already know these details since she was the one who phoned me. She then offered to verify her identity as a Sky rep via one of three options 1) telling me the date I became a Sky customer 2) the exact package I'm currently subscribed to and 3) I forgot what she said, sorry. I chose option 1 and it sounded correct but she then asked for the last 2 digits of the bank account number I use for payments to Sky. I said I don't have my card with me and I don't feel comfortable giving that info, but thank you anyway and I attempted to wrap up the call. She then offered to call me tomorrow morning but I said I have other engagements, she then offered to call me between 6-8 pm on Monday. She said I would likely have my bank card with me by then so I'd be able to tell her the last two digits of my bank account number (lol), I again politely declined and she obviously realised it was hopeless because she got really huffy and sarcastically wished me a good day and while I was still in the middle of speaking she hung up! Well, at least I didn't have to endure such lengthy pauses this time lol. I hope I won't be bothered again.
I had a call from this number at 3:01 pm today (Thu 07 May 2026), a woman with a very strong Indian accent who stated my name and asked me to confirm my name and address and if I was the account holder. I confirmed only my name and that I was the account holder. She sounded robotic and there were extremely long pauses on her end, to the extent that I asked several times if she was still there lol. I believe the long pauses were when she was reading her script and checking what to say next in response to things I said. She began by offering me a cheaper deal so I asked if this was for mobile or broadband (I currently have both with Sky). Again a long pause and then she answered broadband. I said I already arranged a new contract with Sky on 30 April 2026 and was due to receive my new router next week. She again went silent for a while and then said something about being able to give me a better deal. She seemed to realise the conversation was going nowhere so she then ended the call by saying she would call me at the same time tomorrow so I said okay. I know Indian call centres tend to get a bad rap but when I've phoned Sky customer support, all the people I've dealt with in the Indian call centres have been great and really helpful and professional, so to be phoned by someone I believe to be a scammer is really dragging the good names of the genuine reps through the mud. Apparently this number is mentioned on Sky's website which claims it's a legitimate number of Sky's but numbers can be spoofed so I think it's best to remain cautious and not engage, and definitely don't give sensitive info such as your password! The whole thing just seemed extremely dodgy. I hope this information helps others in a similar situation!
Just had first call. I never say hello first. No hello or anything on their end. Hung up after a few seconds.
Claim to be from Sky. Be careful it feels and sounds like a scam caller.
Silent call. Picked up but line was inactive. Hung up
Genuine businesses would not keep calling the same people who have told them to stop. If sky is responsible for this number then it is responsible for the scam calls that come from it. Why is sky not being prosecuted???
PROPORTED TO BE FROM SKY OFFERING TO REDUCE CHARGES. clearly A SCAM.
